This role involves contracting and identifying accommodation opportunities in the DACH region, while also leading a team of 6. Job description
Team Lead Contracting Manager

Global Accommodation Aggregator competitive salary + benefits. A fantastic opportunity to join a global accommodation aggregator, to join the global contacting team specialising in the DACH region.

Responsibilities
  • Contracting and identifying new accommodation product opportunities in the DACH region
  • Negotiating contract rates, seasonal toalatiques attempts promotions, and local suppliers to gain best possible rates
  • Monitor the changes in the market and keep up to ವ್ಯvite
  • Liaising and working closely with other departments, to ensure continuous product availability according to client requests
  • Travelling to meet local accommodation suppliers in your region to inspect properties and keep up to date property information
  • Attend travel industry events
  • Organise trips to meet local suppliers
Management responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 6 (Contracts and Product managers) and monitor performance, and identify any training needs
  • Travel on business trips with contracts manager
  • Hold weekly 1 to 1 meetings with team members
  • Reporting into toe the Regional Director of Contracting
  • Providing any contracting training where needed
  • Collaboratively working closely with other departments and keeping departments up to date
  • Substitute for the Regional Director in their absence
Skills Required
  • Experience in accommodation (preferably hotels) contracting
  • Strong management skills, with previous experience in a similar role
  • Commercial and negotiation skills
  • A great communicator, almohä relationship building skills
  • Fluency in German is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to travel for business trips and events
