Team Assistant – Top Hedge fund- Mayfair. £45,000–£55,000 + Bonus

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a bright, motivated Team Assistant to join a highly successful boutique hedge fund in Mayfair. This role offers the chance to work alongside and learn from some of the most accomplished EAs in the industry, developing the white-glove service standards required in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Supporting a small team, the Team Assistant will be involved in a broad range of administrative and organisational tasks, gaining the skills and exposure needed to grow into a top-tier EA role over time. The position is based five days a week in beautifully designed offices, with the latest technology and a collaborative, low-ego culture.

Team Assistant Key Responsibilities
  • Diary and meeting coordination, including multi-time-zone scheduling
  • Arranging travel itineraries and preparing meeting documents
  • Handling expenses, correspondence, and general administration
  • Supporting the Business Manager and senior EAs with operational projects
  • Taking on ad hoc personal support tasks as required
