Job summary

We’re looking for a Team Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Executive Assistant team including the Executive Board of Directors while also taking ownership of several key business areas independently.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast‑paced collaborative environment where your contributions will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities as a Team Assistant
  • Managing inboxes and handling email correspondence
  • Calendar and diary management for senior leaders
  • Preparing professional correspondence and documentation
  • Handling incoming calls and messages
  • Attending and supporting team meetings
  • Processing directors expense claims
  • Reconciling credit card statements
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Assisting with internal and external events
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with a strong administrative background, excellent organisational skills and a proactive mindset. You’ll be comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Experience & Knowledge
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative or team assistant role
  • Proficient in Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams)
  • Experience in diary management and office administration
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
