Job Details

We are looking for a candidate with good GCSEs or A levels, a secretarial or administration qualification, and some office experience. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career with a well-respected and friendly firm of consultants and business advisors based in the City of London.

Responsibilities
  1. Book meetings and ensure procedures are followed.
  2. Assist the team with typing requirements, producing documents from various sources in the required style and layout.
  3. Stand in for Team Administrators when absent.
  4. Save documents on the network following the firm’s procedures.
  5. Ensure all documents are free from errors and grammatically correct.
  6. Answer calls, transfer, and take messages promptly.
  7. Maintain regular meetings with Directors for delegation.
  8. Handle tasks with confidentiality and discretion.
  9. Set up new clients and perform money laundering checks.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and comply with security regulations.
  11. Update/delete client charges in the database.
  12. Update system with client status changes.
  13. Process credit card payments.
  14. Assist with administration of the fee protection service.
