Support a Culture of Inclusion and Positive Staff Experience at NSFT

Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about making a difference? NSFT is seeking a Team Administrator to provide efficient and confidential support to our Inclusion, Equity, and Staff Experience teams. This is a varied and rewarding role, helping to coordinate meetings, events, communications, and project activities that contribute to a more inclusive and positive working environment across the Trust.

About this role:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including diary management, meeting planning, minute-taking, and maintaining digital filing systems.
  • Assist with the coordination of projects, events, and campaigns that promote inclusion and staff engagement.
  • Liaise with staff networks, managers, and colleagues to support the smooth running of team processes and activities.
  • Help prepare reports, track project progress, and manage information in line with Trust policies.
  • Support internal communications, including newsletters, posters, and intranet content.
  • Contribute to the organisation of staff engagement events, feedback exercises, and inclusion campaigns.
