A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a full-time Team Administrator for their At Risk Mental State team in Bournemouth. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, handling sensitive communications, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates must have experience in a busy office and strong skills in Microsoft Office applications. This permanent position offers a salary range of £24,937 to £26,598 and requires an Enhanced DBS check.
Our At Risk Mental State (ARMS) team is expanding, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Administrator. The ARMS is a specialist mental health service based on NICE‑recommended interventions, including comprehensive psychological assessment and interventions for ARMS/psychosis and co‑existing mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, emerging personality disorder and substance misuse. These are supported with family interventions, care coordination, social prescribing and education/employment support. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong attention to detail to provide comprehensive administrative support to the team. You will need the ability to multitask, work flexibly and manage the workload in accordance with agreed quality standards, and demonstrate good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes including Outlook and Word.
Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service may present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.
Applications from candidates that require current Skilled Worker sponsorship to work in the UK are unfortunately ineligible to apply for this position.
