An NHS health service provider in Blackburn is seeking an Agile Team Administrator for their Urgent Care Service. This full-time, permanent position requires excellent customer service and administrative skills to support effective service functioning. The role involves working with various teams, ensuring efficient communication and organizational support. Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of mental health issues and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The salary ranges from £24,937 to £26,598 annually.
The Pennine Network is looking for an Agile Team Administrator to join our Urgent Care Service on a full-time, permanent basis. You will have excellent customer service and administrative skills to support the smooth and efficient functioning of the service. As the role is agile the post holder will also be required to provide support to the inpatient wards, Home Treatment Team and Mental Health Liaison Team.
We are inviting applications from individuals with excellent organisation skills and the ability to work on your own or as a member of the wider admin team. The successful candidate will be able to communicate with staff, servicer users, visitors and carers in a professional manner. The successful candidate must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft office packages, be able to live type or willing to train and possess a good telephone manner.
The post holder will be organised, professional, committed and will assist in providing a high standard, quality administrative service.
The post holder will have knowledge of relevant customer and administrative procedures applicable to this role. The post holder will need to be a team player with strong communication skills.
