The Liverpool Centre for Advanced Policing Studies (LCAPS) at Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) is expanding its dynamic team and is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable specialists to contribute to our growing policing portfolio.

We are looking for individuals with expertise in Financial Crime, Cybercrime, Criminal Investigation, or Intelligence who can bring real-world experience or academic excellence to our research-informed teaching programmes.

What we are looking for

• Experience as a police officer, investigator, intelligence professional, or policing researcher


• A strong academic background - a Level 6 degree (undergraduate) or a master’s degree in a relevant field


• Teaching experience and/or a track record of research excellence in policing or a related area


• A passion for shaping the next generation of policing professionals
