A welcoming, primary academy in Barnet is looking for an experienced Year 6 Teaching Assistant / Tutor.

The Role

The school is looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant / Tutor who can lead daily booster lessons in English and Maths for Year 6 pupils. You will work with small groups and some individual pupils throughout the morning who are working below the expected level or at expected level but have the potential to achieve greater depth. The class teacher will provide guidance on areas that the children need to develop and you will work with them to prepare activities for the individual groups.

The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant / Tutor who has previous experience within year 6 or as a tutor for KS2 students.
