• A NVQ Level 3 qualification for Teaching Assistants
• Have high expectations for all pupils

• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be able to motivate and engage pupils with their learning
• Teaching Assistant with experience working with children in Early Years settings would be desirable, however you must be prepared to work throughout the school if required.
