Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant (TA)

  • Foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where students feel valued and included

Requirements of Teaching Assistant (TA)

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the unique challenges and needs of students

  • Ability to establish trust and rapport with all members of the school community
  • Relevant qualifications or training in primary education (desirable but not essential)
