The Role: Teaching Assistant (Mainstream Secondary)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic and forward-thinking secondary school in Wakefield. This is a full-time,position, with an immediate start available. As a key member of the support staff, you will play a crucial role in helping students overcome barriers to learning, promoting their independence, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You will work closely with class teachers, providing tailored support to individuals and small groups, both within and outside of lessons.
