Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and dedicated individual to join our support team at Aberporth School. A Teaching Assistant plays a key role in supporting primary pupils of all ages, including those with learning difficulties. The role involves assisting the class teacher with learning activities, providing one‑to‑one or small group support, and implementing intervention programmes as part of the school’s universal provision. The assistant is expected to promote a safe, inclusive, and positive environment that supports pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
