Are you passionate about making a difference to young people with additional needs? We're working with a specialist secondary school in Rushden that supports learners with autism, communication differences, and complex learning needs. They are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role.

What you'll do:
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEN
  • Assist teachers with differentiated learning and structured activities
  • Build strong, trusting relationships to promote independence and confidence
  • Support emotional regulation, communication, and positive behaviour
  • Help maintain a calm, inclusive, and safe learning environment
  • Contribute to education and training plans tailored to each student's needs
