Overview

Teaching Assistant (Full Time) - Daventry (NN11)

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities
  • Providing 1:1 support to a Year 3 child with challenging behaviour during part of the school day, helping them engage positively with learning and manage their emotions.
  • Supporting teaching and learning in the EYFS classroom for the remainder of the day, working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging activities and care for pupils.
Requirements
  • A minimum Level 2 Childcare qualification (essential).
  • Experience supporting pupils with behavioural needs and/or in an EYFS setting is desirable.
  • Strong behaviour management skills, patience, and the ability to build positive relationships with children.
  • A caring, adaptable, and proactive approach.
