Overview

A college based in Enfield is seeking a teaching assistant to join their SEN team in September 2025. The college specialises in horticulture, animal care and garden design. This is a mainstream college with students who have additional SEN needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one learning support to a student with additional needs, ensuring they gain access to learning.
Ideal candidate / Qualifications
  • Experience working with a similar age group.
  • Experience working with students who have ASD, ADHD, or SEMH.
  • Be able to commit for the full academic year (until June 2026).
  • Be comfortable working outdoors or among animals.
  • Be confident to work independently.
Details
  • There are 5 positions available for September, full time (Mon-Fri 9am-4.30pm), or part time (3-4 days per week, 9am-4.30pm).
  • Hourly rate: £13.69 per hour (PAYE).
