Talocher School are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join our Education team. We’re looking for a dynamic and adaptable Teaching Assistant to support our Education team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys being active. You’ll work closely with students in the classroom and help create positive experiences through a wide range of activities—whether that’s football, basketball, pickleball, badminton, forest school sessions, or other enrichment opportunities. Talocher School offers a broad and balanced curriculum, aligned to the Curriculum for Wales (CfW). Building trust, individual resilience, emotional regulation and communication skills is central to our ethos. We provide a caring and supportive learning environment for learners with ASD, ADHD and other associated Additional learning Needs (ALN). Talocher School has onsite therapeutic Forest School provision, as well as Art and creative play therapy. We also have access to offsite vocational provisions which include, hair and beauty, construction and small animal care.
