About Greenway Junior School

Greenway Junior School is a three‑form entry Junior School in Horsham where the whole school community is committed to lifelong learning for all. Our Opportunity

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, caring and proactive Teaching Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting both the class teacher and our SENCo in delivering exceptional learning experiences. If you have a strong interest or experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) we’d love to hear from you!

We are also passionate about outdoor learning. That is why we welcome applicants who hold a Forest School qualification or who have a genuine passion for learning outdoors and a willingness to complete Forest School training. This is a fantastic opportunity to help us continue providing enriching outdoor learning experiences that inspire creativity and confidence in our pupils.

The Details

Hours: 32.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am‑3.30pm.

Term Time: 39 weeks per year (including INSET days).

Salary: GLF Associate 2 point 1 - 23,651.

Actual Salary: 18,368.65.

Start Date: As soon as possible.
