A community-focused school in Hockley is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support the learning and development of pupils. Lift Plumberow is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the learning and development of our pupils and be part of a school community that values high expectations, strong relationships and inclusive teaching. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping children thrive, and who will contribute positively to our warm and welcoming school culture.
Lift Plumberow is a vibrant and high achieving three form entry primary school in the heart of Hockley, educating around 650 pupils from Reception to Year 6. We are committed to giving every child the best possible start through engaging teaching and a broad, balanced curriculum that promotes curiosity and active learning.
Our Early Years and Key Stage 1 provision lays strong foundations, and throughout the school we offer a wide range of experiences that bring learning to life. We have a strong track record of academic success, with outcomes consistently above national averages, and are well known for our sporting achievements, including swimming lessons built into the curriculum.
