A leading educational staffing agency is seeking Primary Teaching Assistants for roles across Halesowen and surrounding areas. Qualifications

Primary Teaching Assistants Needed - Level 2+ / Graduates / Experienced TAs 🌟

Locations: Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, North Birmingham & surrounding areas

Start: Ongoing

Roles: Mainstream Primary (with some SEND support)

Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and making a difference in the classroom? We are currently recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants to work across our lovely mainstream primary schools, with opportunities to support pupils with additional needs (SEND) where required.

We have a variety of roles available, including long-term and day-to-day supply, across Early Years, KS1 and KS2.

What We're Looking For:

You must have ONE of the following:

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Child-Related Qualification, or
  • A degree in a transferable subject (e.g., Psychology, Education, Sports, English, etc.), or
  • 6 months of experience working in an educational setting (school, nursery, SEN provision, tutoring, youth work, mentoring, etc.)
The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Be confident supporting pupils across EYFS-KS2
  • Be comfortable working with pupils with SEND (training provided in some schools)
  • Have a positive, patient and proactive approach
  • Be able to build strong relationships with children and staff
  • Be committed, reliable and enthusiastic about supporting learning
