Warrington | Full‑time & long‑term opportunities for an experienced and committed Teaching Assistant to join our outstanding team of support staff working across primary schools in the Warrington area. We have consistent opportunities available for full‑time roles, long‑term placements, and progression into higher responsibility.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• A recognised TA qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 desirable) OR extensive classroom experience
• Worked across a range of year groups (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
• Led group interventions such as phonics, reading, maths or social skills
• Supported pupils with additional needs
• Taken on additional responsibilities such as cover, supervision, planning support, or behaviour mentoring
• Strong behaviour management, flexibility and a proactive attitude

Possible Roles

• Year 2 or Year 6 intervention support (boosting progress)
• Year 3 or Year 4 group work within a mainstream classroom
• 1:1 SEN support for pupils with additional needs
• General classroom TA roles supporting the class teacher
• Full‑time, long‑term positions with potential to secure a permanent contract
