This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils with a variety of learning, social, emotional and behavioural needs in mainstream secondary schools.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, SENCOs and therapists to deliver personalised support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), English as an Additional Language (EAL), or other barriers to learning.
Whether you're supporting one-to-one, in small groups or across a class, your role will be to build trust, promote independence and help pupils access the curriculum confidently.
