Location:School is based in Colchester
Salary:£84 - £120 per day

Responsibilities:

  • As aTeaching Assistant, work closely with teachers to support students in their learning.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to help students reach their goals.
  • Assist in classroom activities, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Support students with their social and emotional development.
  • Help implement strategies to encourage progress and participation.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
  • Work as part of a team to create an inclusive and supportive setting as aTeaching Assistant.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as aTeaching Assistantor in a similar role is desirable.
  • A willingness to work with students across different age groups.
  • A patient, positive, and proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.
  • Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or one in process.
