Are you a Maths graduate with a passion for your subject and a desire to inspire the next generation? Programme structure

• Year 1: Building classroom experience, knowledge and pedagogy through observation and class teaching on a reduced timetable.
• Year 2: A fully funded, in-school PGCE course provided by Buckingham University. Increased teaching load and further responsibility.
• On completion of Year 2 you will gain QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and progress onto the Early Teacher Career Framework and the Hurst qualified teacher scale with a reflective salary increase.
