About the role
Our Tax Compliance Academy is a two-year structured development programme designed to launch your career in corporate tax. You’ll join a cohort of peers in a fast-paced environment gaining a strong foundation in corporate tax while developing transferable skills to become a trusted Corporate Tax Compliance professional.
At the end of the programme you’ll continue your career journey at PwC equipped with the expertise and confidence to thrive in one of the world’s leading professional services firms.
Locations & Working Pattern:
This is an office-based role (5 days per week) especially during the initial months when training and collaboration are most intensive. While remote working isn’t supported at the start we value flexibility and inclusion and are open to discussions about individual circumstances.
Applications close at midnight on 12th December though we review submissions on a rolling basis and may close earlier if sufficient applications are received.

Places on the Academy are aimed at individuals who have developed the skills detailed below through work experience. Prospective applicants are likely to be career changers or individuals who have not followed a traditional career path who can bring these valuable skills and experience to PwC. This experience does not need to be from a professional services or tax setting but you should clearly indicate within your personal statement at the top of your CV how you have developed the skills we require.
