The Role

12‑month FTC

We are seeking a Talent Partnership Manager to lead our global celebrity, influencer, and ambassador programmes for the 2026 season (Season 12). This role is for a cultural connector who will position Formula E as a progressive, youth‑driven lifestyle brand. You will own the strategy, negotiation, activation and hosting of high‑profile talent across our worldwide race calendar.

Strategy & Partnerships: Lead the Season 12 global talent strategy. Oversee full‑cycle partnership management, including casting, negotiation and contracting for high‑profile talent (celebrities, athletes, creators) across key markets. Nurture long‑term relationships aligned with Formula E's values (sustainability, innovation).

On‑Site Hosting: Attend priority global races to host and manage all attending talent and ambassadors (up to 150 guests per season). Lead on‑site logistics, hospitality and schedules, ensuring seamless experiences and maximum content capture. Act as the primary on‑ground liaison for all talent teams.

Campaign Activation: Collaborate with Marketing, PR and Digital to brief and deliver integrated activations. Develop culturally resonant concepts (music, fashion, film, sport) to drive measurable reach and engagement across all channels.

Finance & Reporting: Manage the global activation budget, tracking race‑by‑race spend and reconciliation. Develop and present performance reports and dashboards (CPI, CPE, engagement) to senior leadership.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of contact between internal teams, C‑suite leadership, external agencies (PR, influencer) and talent representatives (managers, agents).

What we’re looking for in you

Experience (Essential): 6+ years in talent management, influencer marketing, or entertainment partnerships for a global brand or agency. Proven experience negotiating and activating high‑profile talent across film, music, fashion and sport.

Skills: Strong project management, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills. Deep understanding of youth culture and the global entertainment landscape.

Aptitude: A dynamic operator who is both a strategic thinker and a confident on‑ground host. Must be willing to travel globally and work across multiple time zones.

This is a hybrid role and you'll be required to do 3 days a week in our Hammersmith London office.
