A growing financial technology company based in London is looking for a Talent Partner to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. The role requires significant experience in recruiting across various functions, emphasizing candidate experience and promoting the company as an employer of choice. Applicants should have a strong background in recruitment and excellent communication skills. This hybrid role requires 2 days in the London office and offers a competitive remuneration package, along with various employee benefits including private medical insurance and a pension scheme.
We are continuing to grow at pace with more and more people using Moneybox. To support this growth we are looking for an experienced Talent Partner to help us continue to attract and hire the best and brightest whilst ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone.
This pivotal role will focus on managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle across a variety of roles within the Moneybox team, actively contributing to the growth of the business, helping to streamline recruitment processes and promoting Moneybox as the employer of choice.
This is a hybrid rolerequiring 2 days in our London office and will be a fixed-term contract. We are looking for someone who isimmediately available.

We have a hybrid policy that includes 2 days from our London office and 3 from home. If the role states it is either hybrid or remote candidates must be based within the UK.
