A leading media agency in the UK is seeking an experienced Talent Attraction Manager on a 6-month contract. This role involves collaborating with various media agencies to attract top talent across media and data roles. The position offers a hybrid work model and emphasizes a supportive environment that values diversity and inclusion. Ideal candidates will have experience in media recruitment and a consultative approach to hiring.
Location : London or Newcastle (Hybrid 3 days in the office)
We're looking for an experienced Talent Attraction Manager to join our in-house recruitment team at Omnicom Media Group UK on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
You'll partner with some of the industries best-known media agencies OMD UK, MG OMD, PHD UK and Hearts & Science to attract and hire brilliant people across data, digital performance and generalist media roles.
You'll be joining a high‑performing team that values initiative, curiosity and impact. Expect exposure to senior stakeholders, diverse briefs and the opportunity to help shape the future of our talent attraction strategy at group level.

At Omnicom Media Group we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two days working remotely) to ensure we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing in‑person connections with remote flexibility. Our standard working hours are 9:30–17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30–16:30 so people can manage their days whichever method suits them. For example, you could start at 8:30 and finish at 16:30, or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
