Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team at Marsh. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This is a 12 month maternity leave cover where you will be part of a team who support Marsh McLennan's UK businesses and are part of a global function of recruiting professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Consultants and hiring managers in Marsh and Guy Carpenter to develop effective sourcing strategies for each role.
  • Utilise various sourcing channels including our CRM, social media platforms, professional networks and referrals to engage with potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of engaged candidates for current and future vacancies.
  • Conduct thorough screening of candidates to understand their ambitions and match them to Marsh McLennan's requirements.
  • Compile and regularly update market maps of potential candidates across the UK (Re)Insurance markets.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer or Recruitment Agency Resourcer.
  • Detailed and current understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication skills.
What Makes You Stand Out?
  • Recruitment experience gained from within the Insurance market, Professional Services or Consulting.
  • Up-to-date understanding and knowledge of the (re)insurance market.
  • Experience of using Phenom would be advantageous but is not essential.

Hybrid Work
