Base pay range

TrustedHousesitters is a fast growing, direct-to-consumer marketplace that is redefining pet care and travel. Here at TrustedHousesitters, we’re on a mission to make travel work better for pets, for their people, and for the global community of animal lovers who look after them. We’ve got big plans on becoming the world’s most-loved travel solution for pet people. We’ve built something pretty special: a trusted place where pet owners and sitters connect to keep pets happy at home while their humans explore the world. We’ve already grown into a global community with members in over 140 countries, a product people genuinely love, and a team of more than 100 brilliant humans powering it all. But we’re only just getting started. Our goal? To grow to 1 million members and make TrustedHousesitters the world’s most-loved travel solution for pet people. At the moment, a sit starts every two minutes somewhere on the planet. We want that to be every single minute and we know the only way we’ll get there is with the right people in the right roles. The right people in the right roles will shape our future. So, here’s the big question: Could that be you?

More about the role: At TrustedHousesitters, we’re on a mission to enrich lives - for pets, their people, and the community of pet lovers who care for them. Our vision is to be the world’s most-loved travel solution for pet people, and right now we’re growing fast to make that happen. Every two minutes, a sit begins somewhere in the world. Our aspiration is to double that - one sit every single minute - and we know the right people in the right roles will get us there. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, helping us hire the talent that will deliver our ambitious growth goals, strengthen our member experience, and keep our culture thriving.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with our Talent team to run smooth, efficient, and scalable hiring processes
  • Sourcing and screening candidates across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Support, and Data roles
  • Keeping our hiring engine moving posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing complex diaries for senior stakeholders
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the process, ensuring we’re known as a place people want to work
  • Managing our ATS (Lever) and keeping recruitment data accurate, automated, and report-ready
  • Producing key hiring metrics for leadership so we can track our progress toward ambitious growth and member success goals
  • Help put together training material
  • Supporting onboarding to make sure every new hire feels welcome, equipped, and ready to contribute
  • Protecting process quality by ensuring legal compliance and handling confidential information with care

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or sourcing
  • Skilled at finding and engaging talent on LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Confident managing diaries for senior stakeholders and liaising at all levels
  • Experience using ATS and HRIS systems (Lever and Zelt experience a plus)
  • Data-savvy able to pull, interpret, and present recruitment metrics
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A natural team player who thrives in a high-growth, purpose-led business
