Job summary

A leading IT services company in the UK is looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their in-house recruitment team. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract and requires UK Security Clearance. The ideal candidate will manage the recruitment process, partnering with HR and business leaders to develop effective hiring strategies. Strong experience in tech recruitment and good stakeholder management skills are necessary. The position offers a hybrid working model with 2 days in office.

Qualifications

  • UK Security Clearance Required.
  • Experience with tech recruiting is preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing and onboarding.
  • Drive diversity and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and UK laws.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and external partners.

Skills

Strong recruitment experience ideally in tech hiring
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously
Experience with process improvement and recruitment technology
Knowledge of UK employment practices and security clearance processes
