With a growing client base in North America and Europe, we are looking for a bilingual, motivated and rigorous Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant LOCATED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, IRELAND, NORTHERN IRELAND, OR POSSIBLY EUROPE to help us expand our impact and deliver exceptional service to our clients in complex industrial and supply chain sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Consulting : Advise clients on workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and market positioning for critical and leadership roles.
  • Project-Based Recruitment : Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized mandates, including executive searches and technical positions.
  • Market Intelligence : Provide insights on labor trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive talent landscapes to guide client decisions.
  • Sourcing & Branding : Develop innovative sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract niche talent globally.
  • Process Optimization : Audit and improve client recruitment processes, implement best practices, and recommend technology solutions (ATS, CRM).
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring alignment between talent strategies and business objectives.
  • Industry Expertise : Proven experience in the aerospace industry or a related manufacturing sector (e.g., automotive, defense, precision engineering).

Conditions of Employment

This role is performed in a remote / home office environment. The employee must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions. Regular use of standard office equipment such as a computer, headset, and other digital tools is required.

Physical Requirements: In performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate via video calls, phone, and email. Frequent use of hands for typing and operating a computer is expected. Occasional standing or walking may be required during virtual meetings or while working from home.

Type of Position / Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time remote position. Some flexibility in scheduling is allowed; however, the employee must be available during core business hours (8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. your local time) and work approximately 40 hours per week.
