A leading construction firm in the UK is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor for a six-month fixed term contract with potential for permanence. The role involves supporting all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, engaging candidates, and enhancing the employer brand. The ideal candidate has experience in recruitment and strong communication skills. This position is hybrid, based in regional offices, perfect for those who enjoy networking in the industry and shaping the future talent strategy.
Main purpose of the role
We are expanding our internal Talent Acquisition team and are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to join us on a fixed term contract for six months initially, with the potential opportunity to become permanent dependent on business need.
Reporting to a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in sourcing and engaging candidates across your aligned regions, supporting all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, and helping to build Keepmoat’s strong employer brand within the local market.
To take care of your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your work and adhere to the Keepmoat Health, Safety and Sustainability standards.
Experience supporting recruitment, either in-house or agency, with exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Experience in housebuilding, construction, or related sectors is desirable.
