A government service organization is looking for a Talent Acquisition Adviser based in London. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process and sourcing top candidates. Contract : Permanent
Working hours: 35 hours per week is full time. Where possible we are open to considering part time / flexible working patterns. Please let us know in your application your desired working pattern.

Reporting to: Talent Acquisition Partner

Our permanent hybrid policy sees us all working at least four days across a fortnight in the office.
As a Talent Acquisition Adviser for our you will help us find the very best talent. Youll proactively source and identify suitable candidates using advanced direct sourcing techniques.
Working directly with the Talent Acquisition Partner and our internal hiring managers you will be involved in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organisation
