• Experience in eliciting and managing requirements in complex engineering programmes.
• Strong technical knowledge in design methodologies and concept down-selection.
• Familiarity with ISO 15288 and application to engineering complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Developing and influencing the Systems Engineering approach across the programme.
• Coaching Engineering Teams in the design of systems using Systems Engineering principles.
• Managing product change, design technical approval and technical investigations.
