Battelle has been providing research, development, test and evaluation services in support of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives defense for over 60 years. As part of our mission support, Battelle is working with the Capability Program Executive (CPE) Joint Project Lead (JPL) for CBRN integration. Our support will facilitate the advancement of the enterprise information management system to support nexgen CBRN threat warning and reporting, hazard prediction, and decision support capabilities for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of CBRN defense information. We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to perform the following activities in conjunction with this mission space.
Location: Government site in Stafford, VA
The individual shall have over 10 years of experience understanding acquisition management and at least 5 years in agile software development programs. They must understand and be able to manage cost, schedule, and performance for software programs in support of Information Systems and other Integrated Early Warning products. Expertise in financial planning, ability to develop plans of action and milestones for programs and be able to coordinate with Defense Information Systems Agency representatives to maintain cloud‑hosting environments is desirable.
