A leading defense organization in Stevenage seeks a dynamic individual for a role focusing on managing certification and verification activities for the Sea Ceptor maritime air defense system. You will collaborate across teams to review subsystems, generate compliance documents, and handle project management tasks. Sea Ceptor is a very successful, growing, innovative, high profile maritime air defence system that has secured multiple UK and export contracts. Pivotal to these roles is enabling the delivery of Sea Ceptor to multiple customers concurrently, whilst managing adaptations for an increasing number of export customers. This role is within the Weapon Systems Design & Verification team, delivering Certification & Verification activities to support multiple customers (both export and domestic) within Sea Ceptor. This will consist of task planning, budgeting and management to ensure the activities are completed on time, cost and quality. Individual may be involved in:

Salary: Up to £57,000 Depending on Experience. Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification. Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
