Systems Analyst - Supply Chain Management

Systems Analyst – ERP (Permanent)
Location: Adelaide (or Melbourne)

We have a great opportunity for a Systems Analyst to join in a permanent capacity, based in Adelaide (preferred) or Melbourne. Reporting to the ERP Manager, you’ll provide support, configuration, and analysis across our ERP suite, with a strong focus on Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on ERP experience who enjoys problem-solving, supporting business users, and contributing to project delivery in a collaborative environment.

What you’ll do:
  • Support Procurement and Manufacturing processes, particularly across Oracle Supply Chain & Manufacturing applications.
  • Provide Level 2 support by investigating issues, resolving tickets, and keeping stakeholders updated.
  • Assist in all stages of the SDLC – gathering requirements, documenting processes, testing, and helping deliver system changes.
  • Configure and maintain ERP applications to meet business needs.
  • Work with senior analysts, developers, and integration teams to ensure solutions are delivered and supported.
  • Collaborate with Capability Architects, Cyber Security, and SMEs to contribute to ERP enhancements.
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business modules (Supply Chain & Manufacturing preferred).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with tools such as JIRA/Confluence.
  • Good skills in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and customer service focus.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders in both support and project environments.
Essential Requirements:
  • Australian Citizenship – Mandatory (due to Defence security clearance requirements).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance.
