We’re looking for a System Administrator who can manage and optimise our Time and Attendance, Incident Management, and Accounting software, critical tools that keep our business moving. In this role, you’ll maintain systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements that make a real difference to our teams and residents.

As part of your day-to-day work, you’ll take ownership of key software systems, performing regular maintenance, updates, and security checks to keep everything running at its best. You’ll provide technical support to users, resolve issues quickly, and configure systems to meet operational needs. Working closely with the IT team and software vendors, you’ll ensure integrations run smoothly and performance is optimised. By monitoring trends and implementing improvements, you’ll help us stay ahead and maintain compliance with industry standards.
