  • Drive accounting process improvements and automation to enable efficient, consistent, and accurate reporting.
  • Oversee and support multi‑currency, multi‑entity consolidations and intercompany processes.
  • Maintain and update system documentation, process maps, and user guides to ensure continuity, audit readiness, and knowledge sharing.
  • Act as the first point of contact for external auditors on system‑related matters.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and tools to improve visibility and decision‑making.
  • Provide training, guidance, and hands‑on support to finance users to ensure best‑practice system utilisation.
  • Lead or contribute to system upgrade, implementation, and data migration projects.

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
  • Expert experience as a Systems Accountant (ideally with Oracle NetSuite) or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes, month‑end close, and reporting.
  • Experience with multi‑currency, multi‑entity consolidations.
  • Demonstrated success automating or optimising finance processes.
  • Strong documentation and process‑mapping skills; detail‑focused and organised.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver training and support to end‑users.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to take ownership of improvements.
  • Team player who collaborates effectively across Finance, IT, and external partners.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity and data accuracy.
