A community-focused organization is seeking a passionate Swimming Teacher to join their team in Newport Pagnell. The ideal candidate will have UKCC Level 2 and a love for teaching swimming. This role involves engaging with customers of all ages, from individuals to groups, to enhance their confidence and skills in water. With your passion for teaching, swimming and excellent class programming and instructing skills, you will be full of enthusiasm whilst engaging with our customers and impressing them with your extensive knowledge and expertise.
All of our swimmer development stages are based on the National Plan for Teaching Swimming, and as such our Swimming Teachers should hold a minimum of UKCC Level 2. It would be advantageous if you hold a Lifesaving Qualification (NPLQ or NRASTC), however, if you are a motivated and driven individual, we will be happy to support you in achieving either of these qualifications through our continuous learning and development opportunities.
Required: UKCC Level 2. Desirable: Lifesaving Qualification (NPLQ or NRASTC). A motivated and driven individual who is willing to learn and develop will be considered.
