This hybrid role involves supporting customers with technical queries and managing a shared inbox, while being able to commute to the office twice a week. We are looking for a Swedish speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a multi‑award winning company at their Head Office in Watford. The company are looking for someone who is fluent in Swedish to join their team.
This is a Monday - Friday position with no weekends or unsocial hours!

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working with a team of people to respond to queries from existing customers to diagnose issues and provide additional support.
Their modern, spacious offices are based near the Metropolitan line, and have free on-site parking, making it convenient for all commuters.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday - 08:30- 17:00
Hybrid working (2 days in the Watford office and 3 days from home).
