A local housing association in Maidenhead is seeking a proactive Surveying Services Coordinator. This role involves managing customer enquiries and overseeing a portfolio of projects with budgets of up to £1 million. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and experience in social housing or property management and will be responsible for coordinating disrepair claims and leading energy efficiency programmes.
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Surveying Services Coordinator to join our Asset Management team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, colleagues, and external partners regarding surveying services. You’ll provide essential administrative and systems support while directly managing a portfolio of projects and budgets.

The successful applicant will require a basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate which is considered satisfactory to Housing Solutions.
