The Practice

A well‑established, purposeagain built veterinary practice in the charming market town of Sleaford, Lincolnshire is seeking a confident Veterinary Surgeon who holds, or is working towards, a CertAVP in Small Animal Surgery. This is an exciting opportunity for a surgical‑focused vet looking to develop advanced techniques, lead caseոսի planning, and provide exceptional peri‑operative care.

The Role

The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience to perform advanced procedures such as TPLO/TTAs, spinals, fracture repair, perineal urethrostomy, TECA, BOAS, thoracotomy, and other complex soft tissue surgeries. They will provide outstanding clinical care, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence while upholding the highest professional and regulatory standards.

Hours & Flexibility
  • 40 hours per week over 4 days, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays (08:30 – 14:30)
  • Part‑time arrangements are welcome – flexibility can be discussed.
