Claire at Amber Mace is recruiting for a passionate and experienced leader in supported living services. Do you have a strong background supporting individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs? If so, we'd love to hear from you. Amber Mace is looking for a dynamic Supported Living Manager to oversee multiple supported living services across the West Midlands, covering Staffordshire, Dudley, Cannock, and Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a committed team, ensure high-quality, person-centred support, and make a real impact in people\'s lives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health conditions.

  • Ensure services meet CQC standards and promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.

  • Oversee and support a team of Team Leaders and Support Workers across multiple locations.

  • Manage budgets, staffing, rotas, and service development.

  • Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external professionals.

  • Drive continuous improvement and service excellence.


Requirements


  • Proven experience managing services for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

  • Experience in a Supported Living or Domiciliary Care setting is essential.

  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.

  • A recognised management qualification (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management) or working towards it.

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across service locations.
