About the Role:
We are now recruiting a SEQAF Team Leader to help deliver our new Connect to Work programme—part of a national initiative funded by the Department for Work and Pensions. This five-year programme provides high-quality, personalised employment support for Lambeth residents with severe mental illness, disabilities, and long-term health conditions, using a high-fidelity Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model.
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of four IPS Employment Specialists, embedding the IPS principles of rapid job search, personalised support, and close integration with clinical services. You will oversee all aspects of delivery, including supervision, fidelity monitoring, employer engagement, data compliance, and resident-centred outcomes. You’ll work in partnership with NHS primary and secondary care services, adult social care, and a range of community organisations to ensure the service reaches those most in need and supports them to move into and sustain good work.
