Job description
Responsibilities
  • Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI and mental health needs to flourish in their homes.
  • Help them achieve ambitious, fulfilled lives through person‑centred care.
  • Deliver high‑quality, tailor‑made support, including personal care, continence and medication assistance, and help with finances, documents and shopping.
  • Lead daily activities such as cooking, art, listening to music, movie nights and other outings.
  • Ensure consistent, safe and reliable care by following Ivolve’s procedures.
  • Promote good personal and environmental hygiene for all residents.
Essential Requirements
  • Good general education.
  • Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness and a passion to make a difference.
  • Commitment to the aims and objectives of the Home and of Ivolve.
  • Satisfactory Police Check and checks against the ISA List (where applicable).
  • Willingness to undertake training and development.
Desirable Requirements
  • RQF Level 2 or above in social care.
  • Previous experience within a social care setting.
  • Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
  • Confident IT user.
