Qualifications

• You don't need previous experience in care or support.
• Must have values, passion, and determination to make a difference.
• Ability to follow a Support Plan and maintain customer records.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene if required.
• Administer medication if required.
• Support with preparing and cooking meals.
• Support with attending medical appointments.
• Support with social activities.
• Support with independent skills.
• Support with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry.
• Keep accurate records and update care plans as required.
• Keep up to date with training.

Good at working on your own and within a team

Able to complete quality support records

Able to work every other weekends

Able to travel throughout the city

Able to work between 7am and 10:30pm

Ability to follow a Support Plan

Need to be literate and numerate in English
