A leading employment support organization in the UK is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist individuals in custody with their preparation for release and resettlement into the community. The role involves case management, creating action plans, and providing advocacy and support to enhance participants' prospects. Ideal candidates will have experience in rehabilitation contexts and a strong understanding of issues affecting offenders. This position is based at HMP Leeds.

Our clients justice services team are seeking a support worker in custody to support participants in custody to prepare for release and successfully resettle into their local communities by providing practical help, advice and guidance, as well as motivation and understanding.
You will be dual trained as a Support Worker and Activity Facilitator and with complete oversight of the CFO Evolution programme, provide advice, guidance, coaching, mentoring and support to a caseload of participants via regular one-to-one meetings and group interventions as appropriate.
This role is based at HMP Leeds.
