You will join our friendly team of Support Workers at one of our small, homely supported living services in Wheathampstead, a village located between St. Albans and Luton, where we support five adults aged 18 to 60 who each have a learning disability. We have a lot of fun here! Everyone likes to get out and about as much as possible and we regularly go for walks and visit the cinema. You’ll join in with other popular activities such as visiting the local zoo and the ice skating rink. Closer to home we make the most of the scenic village with frequent shopping trips that normally end in a local coffee shop or pub. At home people enjoy sensory activities utilising our range of specialist equipment. Not everything is high tech though – sometimes you just can't beat reading a good story!

When you share our values, are warm, friendly and willing to learn, you re likely to be a great fit. We re looking for people who celebrate differences, and we strive to make all our staff feel included, valued and respected.

Must have a UK Manual Driving Licence.
